About

I help Australian small and medium businesses grow through practical strategy, clearer decision-making, stronger systems and smart use of AI.With more than 9 years supporting business owners through government-backed advisory programs, I’ve worked with founders at startup stage through to established businesses navigating growth, structure, marketing, digital change and leadership challenges. My work sits at the intersection of business reality and future opportunity.I understand the pressure business owners face today — limited time, rising costs, constant decisions and uncertainty around technology. I also understand that most businesses do not need more noise. They need clarity, structure and practical next steps.Alongside my advisory work, I founded SOAP AI — an emerging platform focused on making sustainability reporting simpler and more accessible for Australian SMEs.I’m passionate about helping business owners adopt innovation in ways that are realistic, profitable and human.Areas I work across include:• Business growth strategy• Systems and scalability• AI adoption for SMEs• Branding and market positioning• Founder decision-making• Sustainability innovation• Workshops and speaking engagementsIf you're building a business and want practical support with where to go next, feel free to connect.

Rebecca Di Noia

AI Music Artist

Rebecca Di Noia

2025-8 - Present · 1 yr 2 mos

Rebecca Di Noia is a Sydney-based singer-songwriter whose music feels like memory — tender, haunting, and boldly human. Her lyrics are forged from lived emotion: the ache of forbidden love, the quiet strength behind vulnerability, the spiritual unravelling of connection and distance. As the sole writer of every lyric, Rebecca invites listeners into her inner world — one shaped by poetic metaphor, cinematic storytelling, and the kind of emotional honesty that lingers long after the song ends. Partnering with AI to compose her musical arrangements, she blurs the boundaries between intuition and innovation. Her songs live in the space between touch and technology — revealing how digital tools can deepen, not dilute, artistic intention.

I first approached Parramatta Council and was able to partner to conduct a series of business workshops that were held at the University of New England, Parramatta, between 2017 and 2019. These workshops have provided approximately 4800 business owners with the knowledge to be applied to their businesses and a place to network with each other after the workshops. Also, using the tools within the Business Connect program, I first introduced the innovative concept of "Business Health Check" sessions in 2022 with the Cumberland Council. This initiative targets business owners who may be unaware of potential issues or opportunities within their businesses. The program has since expanded and undergone successful trials in other councils such as Parramatta, Fairfield, Hills, and Penrith, to name a few
