My duty as a receptionist was first and for-most to welcome consumers in with a warm smile. I was counted upon to answer the phone and connect customers with specific sales associates. I also accounted for each customer to enter the store on any given day.

My responsibilities as a team leader involved satisfying every customers experience indulging on a sub at Jersey Mikes. As a team leader your position often moved around throughout a shift depending on the level of customers to be assisted. When a manager was not present and the store was flooded I would attend to the meat slicer by where the customer is first introduced to the team. I was also responsible for answering the phone and filing these call-in orders. My job was also to remember the customers was called the 'regulars' and remember their orders. I on occasion would run the only cash drawer and again be responsible for inviting customers to sign on to a sub card which they would earn points towards a free sub.

My duties included memorizing a very product detailed store. This was important because a customer often needed an associate to assist them in coordinating party ideas and locations of which they were already searching for. My other duty on the floor was keeping each aisle collected and aesthetically appealing to the eye of a customer in order to boost sales. As a lead cashier my position was located at the cash register closet to the main entrance. I was often elected as a lead cashier because of my speed, persistence, cordiality and I was capable of convincing customers to sign on with our mailing list.

My responsibilities consisted of memorizing the costume locations which was coordinated by aisle. My main duty as a sales floor team member was making customers feel welcomed and get them excited about buying a costume from Spirit Halloween, which I was responsible for guiding each customer to the appropriate aisle to find the costume they desired. My other responsibility was attending the dressing rooms with another associate. Our job was to direct the traffic of customers and hold any small items paired with costumes which could be stolen. The associate and I would be responsible for more than one customer at one time, and each customer was allowed to bring three costumes to try-on at a time, in short it was our job to keep all items coordinated with each customer.
