I spent two weeks working in Meribel in a under-performing Chalet that catered for 16 people. I provided a full catering and domestic service to exacting standards, and led the chalet team.

I lived with and had full responsibility for 5-16 year olds in terms of personal, emotional and physical needs. I was a Riflery instructor, and had full responsibility for Health and safety of children and young people. I designed and delivered various program's of activities and events.
