• Managing project execution with the Project Director. • Revision and follow up actions of different EPC project areas including engineering, procurement, project control, cost control, planning, subcontracts, administration, ensuring that each division is fulfilling the plan and strategy defined to get the best results for the projects. • Support for the coordination of Home Office and Site office actions, including coordination of Construction and Commissioning activities. • Support the Project Director and Project Manager in the progress meetings with the Project Management Team. • Contact and coordination with the Client. • Preparation and revision of the Variation Request with the Contract Manager. • Revision, follow up and strategies on risk matrix of the EPC Contracts and main subcontracts, identifying main risks of the Project (cost control, planning, execution sequences, vendors’ strategies). • Preparation and attendance to meetings with the clients and activate and review responses to the clients with the Project Manager and Contract Manager. • Revision of the vendors’ Purchase Orders. • Revision and preparation the subcontractor Purchase Orders. • Coordination of the commissioning activities with the Construction HO team and the partner.

• Organizing and follow up of engineering activities. • Coordination with site works and schedule of Projects. • Communication and negotiation with clients and partners. • Revision of the vendors’ Purchase Orders. • Revision and preparation of the subcontractor Purchase Orders • Identification of deviations in job scope, calculation of the magnitude of changes. • Attention to kick-off, project staff, client, construction, supplier, flow diagram reviews or other meetings as required. • Revision, follow up and strategies on risk matrix of the EPC Contracts and main subcontracts, identifying main risks of the Project

• Organization and follow up of Engineering activities and related documentation. • Coordination with site works and Project schedule. • Management of the technical meeting with the Client, including 3D model review, HAZOP and designing of review meetings. • Communication and negotiation with clients and partners • Management and coordination of engineering assignments, including planning, developing, designing and construction or any other aspect of engineering work. • Preparation and revision the Variation Orders where any deviation in job scope was assessed. • Attention to kick-off, project staff, client, construction, supplier, flow diagram reviews or other meetings as required.

• Responsible of Schedule and cost-assesment of Process and Mechanical Area in the Project (leading a 15 person’s team). • Supervision and coordination of Process and Mechanical activities, calculus, design and documentation in a Combined Cycle Power Plant Project. • Coordination and communication with clients, related areas, support to site works and subcontractors. • Preparation of commissioning documents and procedures for the outage of the plant. • Support for the Construction HO team in the commissioning activities.

• Management of the technical meeting with the Client. • Coordination and communications with partnerships. • Coordination of the communications between the engineer and the vendors. • Responsible of cost preparation of Process and Mechanical area in the proposal. • Contact with the client and other discipline engineering leads in order to assure that accurate, timely communications and flow of information is taking place.

• Organization and follow up of Engineering activities with the vendor. • Follow up, negotiation and close-out of vendor orders. • Coordination with site works and schedule of Projects. • Communication and negotiation with clients and partners • In charge of Technical/commercial resolutions of the Warranty Claims.

• Commisioning of activities for BOP systems • Reception of equipment and inspections. • Preparation and leadership of the walk-down with the Client. • Contract negotiation with the Client. • Preparation and leadership of the training course with the O&M Client Team.

• Design and calculation of the Main Circulating water system. • Development of mechanical/process reports • Preparation of the technical specifications of the equipment involved in the system. • Direction of the technical follow up. • Preparation and development of the P&IDs. • Preparation and development of the Operation and Maintenance document, Functional Description document, Commissioning document and Training document.
