I managed outsourcing, consulting and technology projects from a legal and communicate points of view . This included the drafting and negotiation of contracts and acting as advisor of follow-up and steering committees regarding the relevant project I supported and advised the business by helping several companies to deliver on its obligations in compliance with the relevant contract and the company’s policies in the most cost effective manner with a focus on protecting and developing the company’s revenue and margin. I supported them by analysing ROI and networks ( TIC, RRSS, Social media, metrics...) I assessed and managed the company’s risk exposure in fulfilling its obligations under the contracts. I was in charge of data protection and intellectual property matters regarding the relevant project. Penal expert (minors, VIOGEN, penitentiary, criminal law) and civil , laboral lawyer.
