1. Played role as L2 Functional Support for ERP software, Infor LN (FP7, 10.5, Cloud Edition) 2. Support across various LN modules (Finance, Sales & Procurement, Warehousing, Manufacturing etc) 3. Ensure minimum breaches on the SLA of each production support tickets. 4. Assisted in the financial year end procedures of all company entities and optimized the execution of year end procedure. 5. First level of gatekeeping to user demands/requests. Ensure maximum use of current system functions, else gather and plan the detailed requirements and test plan before passing to business solutions team. 6. Worked closely with business solutions team to maintain work instructions of various LN modules. Aim to introduce standard flow to end users and reduce ticket raised due to lack of knowledge.

Work as a team to expertise to production end users especially on SAP Equipment Asset Management/Plant Maintenance (EAM/PM), Quality Maintenance (QM) and Environmental, Health & Safety Management (EHSM). 3. Produce Functional Specification (FS), Testing Document (ZTST) and other related technical documents. 4. Lead projects to improve test scripts for automated regression tests on platforms such as UFT & TOSCA. 5. Involved as IT functional in company wide SAP version upgrade to S4/HANA 2023. 6. Involved as IT functional in SAP module implementation to new plants. 7. Provide second level daily support and consultation to end users. 8. Prepare and maintain knowledge base documents.

Produce Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Software Testing Specifications (STS) and other related technical documents. 4. Conduct Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) project implementation per internal user demands. 5. Provide first level support to internal & external users, regarding to EDI related issues. 6.
