As part of my previous role at CPL Springfield Day Centre, I managed and coordinated Springfield, Art Programs, and assisted in the coordination and production of the invinciAbility Radio program, which airs on Phoenix Radio, a community radio station serving the greater Ipswich Region and broadcasting from Springfield. My current role as a direct support worker is to assist clients with community access and activities of daily living. Monitoring any changes in the client's needs, as well as observing and recording the client's limitations/increased assistance needs. and a lot more.

As the Project Officer (Marketing, Communications, Events) at Ethnic Broadcasting Association of Queensland Ltd (Radio 4EB), I've overseen a diverse range of responsibilities crucial to advancing multiculturalism through effective media initiatives. My role centred on planning, developing, and executing projects such as the "Multicultural Queensland Month 2023—Podcast Series," collaborating closely with Queensland Government’s Multicultural Affairs Queensland. This involved coordinating podcast production from inception to delivery, including guest engagement and content creation across digital platforms. I've ensured compliance with legal and branding standards, managed social media strategies, and produced promotional materials. With strong organisational skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and audio/video editing tools, I've effectively enhanced Radio 4EB's community engagement and outreach efforts, fostering a deeper appreciation of cultural diversity in Queensland.

I started as a Graphic Design intern between Jan 2005 - Jan 2007 and became a full-time employee as a graphic designer from January 2007 - July 2008.

I'm excited to share that I've recently upskilled and acquired a certificate in Entrepreneurship and New Business. I honed my skills in key areas such as investigating business opportunities, developing and presenting proposals, researching and creating strategic business plans, and ensuring legal and risk management compliance. Additionally, I sharpened my abilities in financial planning, marketing new ventures, assessing marketing opportunities, implementing customer service strategies, managing personal well-being, and applying digital solutions to optimise operations. I'm eager to apply these enhanced skills to future projects and entrepreneurial endeavours.
