Work as a Distiller for Tom's Town Distillery producing craft spirits in Kansas City, Missouri. Created SOPs for a new Rye Whisky.

Worked as a Distiller for Eau Claire Distillery producing craft spirits in Turner Valley, Alberta. Was in charge of the barrel aged spirits program as well as a number of experimental releases.

Selected to be part of a four person Msc. project for Heriot-Watt University. This project involves creating our own beer at Stewart Brewing in Edinburgh and then selling it to accounts throughout the UK.

Work as a bottling line member with responsibilities including, rinsing, labeling, filling, capping and general cleaning.

Undertook an MBA program through WGU's online education platform

Undertook a masters course in which I learned about both the academic and business sides of brewing and distilling.

During my undergraduate time I created my own major which included classes from Accounting, Biology, Business, Chemistry and Physics. I also worked on a paper that was published in a pier reviewed journal and worked for the theatre department.
