Production electrical launch engineer for new Jaguar XE compact saloon

JLR - Design and implementation of the test procedure for electrical warranty concerns, Also included the test and validation of the procedure, developing automated testing and hands on testing. Use of Bespoke engineering software, along with canalyzer and dSpace exposure. McLaren - Design, authoring and specification of diagnostic guided fault finding for a new vehicle product, Along side a HTML/XML based system for independants, to satisfy Euro5 requirements. JLR - New vehicle MY electrical system integration from initial prototype build through to serial production, Including First to Market technologies, reuse systems, safety and convenience features. Managing engineers to supply parts/software, EDS testing and whole vehicle testing. Design Verification authoring and execution. FMEA. Managing any raised issues against electrical content. Managing software releases and build packs, Attending build issue board walks, supporting Prototype vehicle build stages and engineering/evaluation fleets (c. 150 vehicles) as the sole representative for the electrical integration CoC
