Accomplishments  Provided guidance to achieve 2019, 2022 and 2023 Most Improved Transport Safety Performances in CEMEX EMEAA Region and other Health and Safety awards  Provided risk assessments and advices on various Supply Chain Projects that were successfully implemented, such as installation of Vehicle Safety Features, improved transport safety systems, construction and maintenance projects in terminals and warehouses, etc. Job Function  Ensures Health and Safety policies, programs, and controls are in place in the field of Supply Chain which includes Traffic and Transportation Safety, Pandemic Management, Supply Chain Operation Safety, Contractor Management, Emergency Preparedness, and Risk Assessment  Monitors the Key Performance Indicators, ensures up to date and communicates result to Supply Chain Management Team for strategic planning and execution  Influences and engages Supply Chain Management to drive a strong Health and Safety culture and achieve the company's Health and Safety commitments  Ensures implementation of Health and Safety policies through site inspection and audit  Conducts investigation and root cause analysis of Health and Safety incidents and ensures action plans are in place and implemented through monitoring. Result of investigation is being reported to Country President and H&S Regional Team through panel inquiry  Facilitates and conducts Health and Safety trainings such as SMITHS defensive driving, CEMEX Global Standard Health and Safety systems, and other trainings  Assists in contractor management through development of Health and Safety policies in contract and monitoring of compliance  Leads the safety officers involved in Supply Chain  Represents CEMEX Philippines on Transport Safety engagements with external stakeholders  Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to promote Health and Safety  Executes other Health and Safety projects and initiatives
