During my internship I was involved in different activities: - Familiarisation with the technology and terminology specific to photovoltaic projects, including relevant characteristic parameters for each type of equipment. - Market studies of the most relevant types of panels/inverters/systems etc. - Familiarisation with calculation models and sizing of these systems, based on consumption, exposure area - Building a PV system from scratch, based on consumption, available equipment and payback model (including grid electricity supply/purchase

During my internship I was involved in different activities in facility management department. - support in facility management department projects and other departments within the company - ensuring the availability and quality of relevant procedures for the facility management department in collaboration with the responsible process manager - tracking and recording the handover/takeover of rented areas - managing guarantees related to rental contracts - monitoring the process of invoicing/collection of rent and other related amounts - recording price indexes in SAP and updating contract prices through indexation - settling additional expenses and re-invoicing them to tenants, according to the resulting rates - participation in open invoice meetings and implementation of measures taken by the rental department - managing property and rental contracts and entering them into the SAP system - checking invoices and ensuring that payment conditions are met
