Overview : • Responsible for managing Brownfield and Greenfield project launches activities across EMEA, expanding production footprint and ensuring compliance with operational, technical, and timeline requirements. Reporting directly to the AME Director – Europe. Key responsibilities : • Manage the setup of new manufacturing facilities in line with technical specifications and production process needs. • Participation in contract and technical negotiations with suppliers and partners. • Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and timeline, in collaboration with external technical experts. • Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in construction, equipment transfer and production setup (EHS, IT, HR, Finance, Ops, QA, Logistics). • Support local teams post-implementation to ensure sustainable operations. Major Achievements : • Strumica, North Macedonia – Brownfield and Greenfield plant launches (Dec 2015 – May 2017) • Loznica, Serbia - Brownfield and Greenfield plant launches (Apr 2018 – Jan 2020) • Kenitra, Morocco - Brownfield and Greenfield (phase 1+2) plant launches (Jul 2019 – Jul 2023) • Tiflet, Morocco - Greenfield plant launch (Aug 2024 – Sep 2025)

Overview: • Managed the Manufacturing Engineering Department at a brake pads production facility, with full responsibility for production processes, new product launches, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Led all manufacturing engineering and NPI (New Product Introduction) activities within the plant. • Oversaw the implementation and optimization of manufacturing processes for all product lines, including updates and changes requested by internal and external customers. • Managed New Product Implementation (NPI) projects with a dedicated team of 3 engineers. • Responsible for planning and integration of new investments related new production equipment and technologies in the plant, including improvements of existing equipment. • Collaborated closely with the global AME organization to align plant operations with corporate standards and support technology and equipment integration. • Coordinated a team of 12 engineers, including Process Engineers, NPI Engineers, Technical Drawings and Master Data Administration.

Overview: • Managed engineering and maintenance operations for a high-volume production facility, with responsibility for process design, investment planning, and the full transition to a new plant location. Key Responsibilities: • Led all activities of the Engineering Department related to production processes (design, implementation and functionality) for all products, including changes implementation requested by internal and external customers. . • Coordinated a team of 15 engineers (CAD, Product, Process, Automation, and Maintenance Coordinator) and 22 technicians (mechanical, electrical, automation). • Managed all maintenance operations for production equipment, building, utilities and spare parts/tooling. • Responsible for planning and execution of new investments, including installation and upgrades of production technologies. • Special Projects - Successfully launched a new production site by: ▫️Starting operations in a temporary rented location. ▫️Taking over the newly built construction. ▫️Leading equipment relocation and reinstallation.

Overview: • Supervised utilities maintenance and engineering operations in a large manufacturing facility, ensuring technical reliability, project execution, and compliance with safety norms. Key Responsibilities: • Managed all utility systems in the plant: water, compressed air, HVAC, heating, steam, air conditioning and waste disposal. • ISCIR-authorized for pressure vessels and lifting equipment supervision. • Led a team of five mechanics; coordinated daily maintenance tasks and interventions. • Maintained and updated AutoCAD layouts for the plant; created technical drawings for mechanical spare parts produced locally or abroad. • Acted as Project Engineer for several new initiatives, coordinating both Romanian and international contractors. ▫️ Notably, led the development of a 4,000 sqm warehouse (value ~800,000 EUR).
