- Create individual development plans for employees. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and training needs. - Design and implement talent development programs such as Expert, HiPo, GDP Programs. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. - Collaborate with department heads to align development initiatives with organizational goals. - Track and report on the progress of development initiatives. - Develop and manage a talent development budget, and POs.

-Managing job salary identification letter -Managing resignation requests ( Experience certificates, End of service,and Clearances) -Monitoring & approving sick leaves.
