General Procurement Department: •Procuring- IT infrastructure & Peripherals, Material for Facility Management which includes Maintenance and Miscellaneous Items. •Implementing Master Service agreements on Items that are procured frequently. •Using Power Bi to analyze the departments numbers. •Oracle for ERP- Process from requisition to delivery. •Vendor Management & Product Research. •Order Management.

•Negotiated pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost savings, for both the mother company and sister company. •Analyzed inventory levels and placed purchase orders based upon lead time and product demand.

•Place and issue purchase orders as directed by the purchasing manager in accordance with the accounting policies and procedures and in line with the strategic, financial and operational requirements of the hotel. •Ensure goods are brought at the most competitive price and are delivered on time. •Identify new potential suppliers in the local and International markets. •Issue studies made on each store " beverage, general, dry, dairy". •Conduct suppliers’ visits in Lebanon. •Prepare yearly agreements with major suppliers: fresh meat and poultry, salmon, fruits and vegetables, mineral water, toners, stationery items and the like. •Assist in bid agreements related to linen, chinaware and housekeeping machinery.

.Forecast likely levels of demand for services and products .Identify potential suppliers, visit existing suppliers, build and maintain good relationships with them. .Negotiate contracts and monitor their progress - check the quality of service provided. .Evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.
