With over eight years of experience in the grease and lubricant industry, I am a passionate and driven assistant operations manager who strives to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. My core competencies include production planning, plant operations, commissioning and maintenance, warehouse and logistics management, and risk management. I have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a keen interest in industrial engineering techniques. I am currently working at Atlantic Grease & Lubricants, FZC, a leading manufacturer and supplier of grease and lubricants in the UAE and beyond. In my current role, I am responsible for planning the production of grease and lubricants as per the demand, using excel and other tools. I also coordinate and communicate with the demand and logistics teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging materials, and to meet the deadlines for product delivery. I manage and schedule the staff in different shifts, and allocate job cards for efficient plant operations. I also implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs for all plant facilities and equipment, and devise risk management strategies to ensure seamless operations. I have successfully designed and executed advanced techniques of industrial engineering to optimize the production of various products at an optimum cost. Some of my key accomplishments include achieving a major rise in production efficiency, reducing waste and downtime, and enhancing customer satisfaction. I have also acquired skills in warehouse operations, time management, and logistics management.
