Built and maintained executive-level technical relationships across 800+ engineering stakeholders, supporting the industry’s top infotainment Tier 1 suppliers and identifying new platform growth opportunities.

Transitioned from DSP/MCU support to signal chain solutions for industrial markets, focusing on instrumentation, motor control, and process automation applications. Supported leading industrial customers including ABB, Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Inovance, and Estun Automation. Recognized with ADI Asia’s first Design Excellence FAE Award for outstanding customer impact and technical leadership.

Provided application support for DSP and ARM MCU product lines across industrial, automotive, medical, and consumer markets. Partnered closely with customer engineering teams to enable system-level design-in, performance optimization, and time-to-market acceleration.

Led hardware development for building intercom and access control systems, overseeing schematic design, PCB development, and product validation. Managed cross-functional coordination across R&D and manufacturing to ensure on-time product release and quality delivery.

Designed and developed embedded hardware platforms for communication and control products, including circuit design, signal integrity optimization, and system debugging. Supported product transition from prototype to mass production.

Responsible for electronic circuit design and system integration for scientific instrumentation products, supporting hardware development, testing, and field troubleshooting.
