Executive Director Cybersecurity and Technology Control - Governance Risk and Control, I work directly with the Global Technology (GT) Leadership in establishing the strategy, framework and implementation of Technology Governance Risk and Control for JPMC that guides 50,000 Technologist across all lines of business and enablement functions: Asset & Wealth Management, Corporate & Investment Bank, Commercial Banking, Consumer & Community Banking, Employee Experience and Corporate Technology, Cybersecurity & Technology Controls, Chief Technology Office, Global Technology Infrastructure, and, Strategy, Innovation and Partnerships. The Governance Risk and Control technology domain establishes and operates a sustainable framework across Global Technology. Operating the Technology Risk Management Function, I built and operated the team that covers Risk Identification, Risk Monitoring, Risk Analytics and Treatment, and Risk Governance and Reporting. In addition, I am the Technology Executive on: - GT Product Model Transformation Program - Establishing and developing the new Risk Management Framework for new GT Operating Model. - Firmwide Legal Entity Risk Management and Reporting - Program is developing the End to End solution and process in helping JPMC satisfy Corporate and Location Regulatory Risk Reporting requirements globally. - Subsidiary Risk Framework - Partnering with Firmwide Control in uplifting the Risk Management Framework around Subsidiary Risk Management Framework and Strategy.

Hong Kong Technology Information Security Officer with overall accountability to the JPMC HK Branch in ensuring all of its Technology activities are operating in compliance with all key regulatory requirements for Hong Kong. Providing advisory and support to Global Technology in its delivery of solution into the location. Working with both Global and Regional partners in continuous improvement of Technology Risk and Control management practice.

With the successful establishment of the PMO, I took on the additional responsibility of technology to the APAC Treasury Services Business in HK, China, and Taiwan. Working with the business, the focus was to develop a 3 year technology plan that would support the Treasury Services business in the 3 locations. Continuing to operate the PMO, I continue to work with the APAC Banking Technology team to: • Manage and plan the annual investment the USD 60mio Technology budget with the APAC Treasury Services Business, and Global Technology. • Continue to uplift the Center of Excellence on Technology 3rd Party Management – Developing the strategy for use of 3rd Party Vendors (Software, Application Support and/or Program Management) and establishing the governance and assuring the solution delivery. • Develop the platform and team to provide oversight and advisory on Corporate and Regulatory compliance for all banking technology program/projects impacting Asia. • Continue to scale the Release management team to deliver more than 100 projects annually in the region across APAC, and also partnered with Global Technology in Agile Transformation.

Restructure and setup of Asia PMO.

Head of department leading and providing Program Management support directly to the COO and the Asia Banking business. Leading, organising and providing governance to the program team which consists of key functions of the bank, including front office, operations, legal, compliance and technology. Promoting and liasing with London Head Office to ensure APAC strategic initiatives has the support and collaboration needed to be successfully delivered. The Asia PMO also provided mentorship and assurance to technology programs and project delivery. Key Program delivery includes: Sale of Private Client Services business, Asia Regional Operations Efficiency Uplift Program, as well as a variety of Backoffice platform implementation.
