• Responsible in preparing Daily and Monthly Sales Report. Preparing Sales Quotations, Delivery Note and Sales Invoice. • Responsible for checking Job Order and making Sales Order given by Sales Consultant. Liable in checking LPO attached to the Sales Order. • Follow up the status of fabrication of orders by coordinating with the Production Supervisor. • Resolving all the problems related to orders descriptions/specifications, coordinating between showrooms/productions and warehouse. • Ensuring the completion of orders and checking the material in Loading Area to deliver the goods on time. • Coordinating the incoming and outgoing courier. • Price monitoring to elaborate deficiencies between the dealers and walk-in (retail) customers. • Provide end-to-end administrative support for the sales cycle • Communicate and collaborate with Sales Consultant and Showroom In-charge to ensure company practices and goals are met and ensure resolution of all customer issues. • Assisted in training other support staff (new joiners and existing staff).

• Responsible in receiving of all property purchased by the school. • Monitoring the property and office supply consumption. • Preparing supporting documents for the particular item received from suppliers. • Responsible in property tagging and issuing of item to the end user. • Conducting yearly inventory of all the assets and property of the school.

• Conducting weekly inventory of all Non-Perishable goods. • Suggesting purchased order to the buyer. • Declaring out of stock item. • Monitoring expiration date of all items using First IN, First OUT method.

• Receiving delivery items from suppliers. • Checking all the documents of incoming and tagging of items to and from other branches of Isetann Department Store. • Established good relationship with suppliers. • Ensure that all items received were properly counted and sorted. • Responsible in quality control of items.
