After getting my Bachelor degree in Computer engineering and Information technology from KIST / Rwanda. I worked in Ministry of local government as an IT Officer, where I gained more experience in troubleshooting of Computer Hardware and software, After the government reform I was transferred to work at the National Itorero commission, which teaches the civic Education to All Rwandans, there I was also IT Officer where I boosted my career. While pursuing My training on advanced Multimedia and website development in INDIA, I have developed skills in data processing and Java programming. After that, up to know, I'm IT help desk Officer Ministry of Ministry of National Unity & Civic Engagement where I'm in charge of Data Manager, Networking, troubleshooting of software hardware. I have skills in PHP, which inspired me to design a web site to my colleague who wants to do do his business online. Because of working in IT Domain for a long time, I'm able to solve any issue faced by staff related to IT on time.
