Drive the culture of Continuous Improvement at São José dos Pinhais site. Lead and Implement projects and changes in the manufacturing process that will significantly increase the company's competitiveness and value added. Activities: • Identify and execute improvement opportunities using Lean Six Sigma methodologies in the 3 sites in Brazil accordingly with the company's strategic objectives in supply chain and operations areas; • Identify significant opportunities to improve business efficiency; • Full Black Belt deficated for supply chain improvements and projects for the three sites in Brazil; • Actively participate in the continuous improvement projects (hands-on) to support and guarantee the success of implementation and execution; • Develop other employees in Lean Six Sigma principles and tools for the implementation of creative solutions for system and process improvements by Green Belt trainings; • Develop benchmark based metrics to identify and share best practices; • Actively participate in the plant leadership team and influence others to adapt to Six Sigma leadership behaviors and best practices; • Facilitate Lean Six Sigma Executive training for the leadership teams; • Support to Green Belts and operational leaders in Lean Six Sigma transformation events; • Act as a change agent to drive business strategies, supporting cross-functional management decisions, communicate changes across the enterprise to employees and help them to learn, understand, adjust and grow with a Lean Six Sigma approach of business; • Lead by example as an active change agent of complex project management and leverage influencing skills come from experience in Lean Six Sigma and project management; • Manage the continuous improvement program in the company for new ideas

Developed and Implemented a parts warehouse for aftermarketing sales in South America located in Curitiba.

Management of 6 Sigma Projects foucused in cost reduction; Working with Kaizen projects to increase the efficiency in production line and reduce wastes; Training Green Belts using CPS (Caterpillar Production System) Methodology.

Responsible for supply chain work flow; Management & forecast of S&OP demand (Sales & Operations); Management of inventory metrics, KPI's and inventory turns policy; Batch size & PFEP (Plan for Every Part) control;

Planning and import material from Europe, Asia, Mexico and United States. Release and control purchase orders for according to the sales demand from S&OP data; Daily follow up with international suppliers to ensure the receiving of products on the right time to accomplish the sales plan; Follow up and monitor shipments to have them arriving within the planned deadline; MRP processes running & control; Provide data to S&OP meeting; Logistic support to NPI (New Product Introduction) team

Responsible for the creation, monitoring and liberation of import and export processes, analysis and approval of all import and export documentation, international freight quotation and approval for maritime and air processes. Contact with exporter and broker, issuance of incoming invoices for imported products, scheduling of collections at port and airport, financial control and payment authorization of expenses related to import and export processes.

Responsible for issuing all the importation documents and for getting the goods cleared at the Customs (port and airport). Knowledge in Brazilian Legislation, duties & international taxes.
