Assisted over 300 patrons every shift, including monitoring workout areas and answering patrons’ questions or phone calls. Developed tact and diplomacy in dealing with patrons in a fast-paced environment.

Created the schedule for the Global Scale-Up Program 2020, a mentoring program to push global biotech and medtech ventures to market launch. Wrote the syllabus, selected readings, and designed projects for a leadership class at UCI.

Tutored five students in the subjects of Spanish, Physics, Chemistry, Algebra, and Geometry. Raised one student’s grade from a D to an A within one semester of being hired and raised another student’s grade from an F to C within one semester of being hired. Taught one student a year's worth of high school Spanish within one summer to jump to the higher level class during the academic year.

Assisted the CEO of the biotech company on conference calls, meetings, funding searches, and collaborative company searches. Vastly improved my knowledge of the Spanish language and culture by living and working in Barcelona during the summer.

Lived in Hong Kong for one summer, studying business leadership and communication at HKU. Certified as a personal fitness trainer and spin instructor through FLP program and NSCA. Obtained the Early Career Engagement Program certificate. Fluent in Spanish and learning Mandarin.
