Design AD – MEP with over 15years of progressive experience leading complex design and delivery of large-scale developments in Saudi Arabia. A PMP-certified Mechanical Engineer recognized for delivering optimized, high-performance designs that meet stringent quality, safety, and sustainability standards. At New Murabba Development Company, I lead the mechanical design and supervision for iconic projects such as The Mukaab and multiple Vertical Assets, ensuring all systems are engineered for efficiency, reliability, and lifecycle performance. My work emphasizes value engineering, value management, and design optimization, integrating innovation, constructability, and operational resilience from concept to handover. I collaborate across disciplines to align design intent with delivery objectives, driving project efficiency and technical excellence. Previously, I directed mechanical delivery for the U-WALK Jeddah Mall (SAR 500 million) with Cenomi Centers, ensuring timely completion and alignment with client and stakeholder expectations. My leadership ensured seamless coordination across design, procurement, and execution teams, achieving successful retail fit-outs and optimal system performance. Earlier, as Owner’s Representative and Construction Consultant for DAR Al Mashaer Project in Makkah, I led design reviews, implemented technical enhancements, and provided mentorship to strengthen engineering and delivery standards. Holding a Master’s in Project Management (Midocean University) and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (Umm Al-Qura University), with additional certifications in PMP, OSHA, Refrigeration, and Central Air Systems, I bring a holistic understanding of design excellence, risk control, and delivery management. My goal is to advance mechanical design innovation and delivery that enhances operational efficiency, sustainability, and long-term asset value within Saudi Arabia’s most transformative developments
