RESPONSIBILITIES: TRADE COMPLIANCE: 1- Managing the import customs clearance for shipments. 2- Ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and facilitating a smooth import process. 3- Handling H.S codes analysis, SABER, SASO, and custom clearance documentation. LOGISTICS OPERATIONS: 1- Overseeing material delivery from suppliers to IMI premises. 2- Ensuring timely, cost-effective, and damage-free deliveries. 3- Collaborating with LSP to ensure material safety. 4- Validating and processing logistics services invoices. ACCOMPLISHMENTS: 1- Enhancing logistics services procedures. 2- Receiving a certificate of appreciation for outstanding and excellence efforts on the MRO project. 3- Successfully processing outstanding 2022 and 2023 logistics services invoices. 4- Collaborating with the IT department to design a logistics system, involving the creation of process flows and task structures for efficient logistics operations.

Export Documentation Officer at Mediterranean Shipping Company. MSC is the leading company in worldwide shipping business. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1 - Acting as the customer’s focal point for mentioned below inquiries by delivering the required service/documents with a level of efficiency, accuracy and quality. 1.1 - Booking Confirmations 1.2 - Releasing Container Release Order (CRO) 1.3 – Receiving the P/L and SLI from the customer and update the shipment details accordingly. 1.4 – checking the details to make sure all updated details are aligned with POD and international regulations/ policies. 1.5 – issuing the manifest along with EDI rotation number to be shared with the customer for completing clearance process purpose. 1.6 – issuing the Bill of Lading and share it with the customer upon vessel sailing.   2- coordinating with other departments such as Logistics, Sales, Operations, EDI and Finance for smooth operations and to meet customer requirement 3- Verify export documents for compliance with local and international regulations.     ACHIEVEMENTS:   1. Logistics & Distribution department intern (COOP) 1- Responsible for planning the dispatch for both materials (Long & Flat). 2- working with 3PLs representatives to ensure the transportation and movement of trucks from entering HADEED until delivering the shipments to the customers goes as planned.

Administrative duties, process invoices, and prepare paychecks. Auditing of accounts. Handling customer relations and company inquiries.

Help customers who need to rent a vehicle. And delivering logistical support for the vehicle inventory.
