Environmental Research and Surveys • Lead Consultant – Sarangani Bay Fish Stock Assessment, Sarangani Bay. Department of Agriculture – Fisheries Sector Project. A 13-month captured fishery study covering onboard monitoring, fish landing and fisherfolks socio-economic profile. The project was conducted by a consortium from Silliman University Marine Laboratory and Mindanao State University- College of Fisheries. The project was funded by Asian Development Bank (ADB). • Consultant - Coastal Resources Management Project- Dole - Mahintana Foundation, A USAID funded project aims to establish community-based CRM in 13 sites. The project involves Marine Baseline studies (Water and Sediment, Corals, Infauna, Benthic communities and fisheries), establishment of marine sanctuary and reserves, fisheries management plan, livelihood programs and community environmental education. (1994-1996) • Consultant- Sarangani Bay Protected Seascape- National Integrated Protected Area System (NIPAS), Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR under R.A. 7586 of 1992).
