Worked cooperatively with planners, architects and development engineers on major developments within the City. Served as an expert witness at OMB Hearings and mediation.

Vice President responsible for transportation planning and engineering consulting services in Central Ontario, including coordination of marketing initiatives, establishment of new offices and serving as project manager on a wide range of projects. Participated as part of the executive team through the growth of the firm from 10 staff to 120 staff and on strategic initiatives over 12 years including M and A activity and the integration with HDR.

Vice President responsible for Traffic, Transportation Planning, Design and Contract Administration Services. Led all transportation marketing initiatives, expanded services from 7 to 28 staff in 3 years and served as senior project manager on major projects. Participated as part of the senior management team during the growth of the firm from 150 to 300 employees. Served as a Member of the Board of Directors providing corporate governance, acquisitions and corporate strategy from 2011 to 2015 .

Vice President of the first open access all-electronic toll highway. Department head responsible for management of concession requirements, traffic and revenue forecasts and pricing strategies for a billion dollar revenue stream. Coordinated infrastructure initiatives with public partners through planning approvals and design. Participated in the development of customer analytics, new strategies for revenue growth and customer retention. Provided corporate strategic direction through participation as part of the senior management team.
