- Project lead for NR protecting and GM improvements from medium to high complexity. - Leading a larger group of x-functional team members and senior stakeholders. - E2E project leadership from concept to implementation. - Balances opportunity and constraint, cost and time. - Leads independent activities and delivers through wider cross functional support teams in R&D, SQRC, Supply, procurement and EMO. - Delivers a mix of lab to full line validation (design, process).

Mainly focus on soft gel formulation for Mucinex, Nurofen and MegaRed. I also spent 30% of my time in analytical work. Worked on projects that saved the company USD 7 million. Experience in working cross functionally with stakeholders ( Regulatory, Technical, Quality, Medical and other relevant teams) to deliver projects from conceptualization to industrialization (site -transfer and alternative suppliers) for protecting the net revenue and expanding the gross margin. Write and review technical documents relevant to area of responsibility such as SOP’s, raw material and product specification, cleaning validation, product registration, formulation trials protocols, pilot plant batch records, development reports, sensory reports, risk assessments.

- Analyze on the chemical and physical properties of fat. - Research on how to improve food quality by replacing trans-fat. - Research on fat crystallization. - Assist the Sensory Coordinator in all day to day in-house sensory and consumer projects, including sample preparation, coding and test set-up of cheese, milk, meat and peaches. - Coordinate and prepare sensory and consumer tests to support new product development and product optimization projects, including packaging
