(Quality Control) -Responsible for Document Control system by creating procedures, updating policies and checklists used. (Quality Assurance) -Responsible for Food Safety tours, inspections, auditing activities and Pest Control system. (Food Safety and Hygiene) -Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of Food Safety, GMP, GLP, EHS audits and NFSA requirements. -Follows ISO 9001 & 22000, AOCS standard operating procedures (SOPs) and obey quality, safety, food safety targets and other regulatory requirements in Egypt.
