Exposed to various aspects of banking requirements in terms of planning, budgeting, analysis and report generating.

Assist the Manager in staff management, budget planning, business development. Develop and maintain statistical reports. Organizing relevant data analyses, assist in conducting performance reviews, collate periodic audits and carry out various routine administrative tasks.

Provides professional advice and assistance to members of management and employees on any matter relating to personnel and employee relations policies, procedures and programs. This involves all or any combination of personnel administration, compensation, benefits, grievances, as well as other functions in sensitive areas requiring immediate action, sound judgment and confidentiality.

Supervisor Medical Referrals & Special Benefits- Personnel Department

* Consults with assigned departments in the determination of their current and forecasted manpower requirements and the location of the manpower sources to satisfy these needs. * Develops specific detailed requisitions, and assigns them to the appropriate recruiting organizations. * Monitors the development, selection, hiring and processing the required new employees. * Applies the Personnel & Compensation polices related to hiring. * Job offer recommendation. * Candidate qualification analysis. * System operation and update. * Business meetings with Proponents. * Communication with external agencies (ASC/AOC). * Deals direct with candidates and makes local offers.

Responsible for preparing various kinds of market researches and statistical reports. -Provides support to the sales and marketing team to achieve the desired sales tasks.
