SNF AI has expanded into a suite of services that support all major operational areas in SNF. No complex setup. No complicated integrations. Just clarity and speed — from day one. Role scope: Short-term project focusing on Engineering roles in Israel and GTM roles in the US, alongside employee welfare initiatives.

(Position made redundant due to reduced global hiring needs) Joined as a Technical TA Partner within the EMEA team, serving as the sole TA partner for the Israeli R&D site. The site was established through the acquisition of three separate startups, where I partnered closely with Site Leadership and VPs, managing full-cycle recruitment, including HR interviews, across multiple business units. Consistently ranked among the top global LinkedIn Recruiter users in engagement metrics, including active usage, profile views, and response rates. Leveraged creative and personalized sourcing strategies for niche roles, maintaining a 35–50% InMail response rate. Maintained a 90% offer acceptance rate while supporting rapid organizational growth. Owned the local recruitment budget and led employer branding initiatives, including partnerships with tech communities and events such as Hackeriot, Mamram events, and Tech Chess Tournament sponsorships.

Promoted to lead Global GTM & Product recruitment, supporting expansion across the USA, Canada, Europe, Singapore, and Australia.

Promoted to global recruitment, focusing on European GTM roles while supporting R&D hiring in Israel. Maintained a 21-day average Time-to-Hire KPI for two consecutive years, alongside a 48-hour SLA for initial CV reviews. Led first-on-the-ground hiring across new European territories. Supported employer branding initiatives, including Geektime content, “Life at Semperis” social media accounts, and company events.

Joined as the first and sole Recruiter post-Series B, with a strong focus on R&D hiring, while building the recruitment infrastructure from scratch. Doubled the Israeli site headcount from 40 to 80 employees. Managed 10–12 roles simultaneously while partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership teams.

Recruited for a specialized R&D growth project, managing 10+ roles to meet a temporary high-volume hiring demand.
