● Spearheaded the debottlenecking of Difluoromethane (R32) refrigerant plant by 33% in Jan, 2021. ● Augmented the plant capacity of Difluoromethane (R32) by 6% in Apr, 2021. ● Augmented the plant capacity of Pentafluoroethane (R125) by 8% in Oct, 2021. ● Re-location of flammable refrigerant filling station for the set up of new chloromethane plant and ensured continuous supply of refrigerants to fulfill the market demand. ● Optimized utility consumption in Pentafluoroethane (R125) plant by 6%. ● Augmented the plant capacity of Dilute Hydrofluoric Acid (DHF) by 25% in Jan, 2020. ● Recognized twice with "Team excellence award" for 1) For stabilizing Pentafluoroethane (R125) plant as this was the first re-located plant acquired from Mexichem in "Protsahan Awards 2020" 2) For carrying out debottlenecking activities along with plant operations as product falls under flammable category in "Protsahan Awards 2021".

● Pioneered the adoption of alternative raw materials and optimized AHF plant operations with a 30% technology upgrade. ● Spearheaded the commissioning of Anhydrous Hydrofluoric Acid (AHF) in Mar'2019. ● Recognized twice for the individual contribution for working on the adoption of alternative raw materials and optimizing AHF plant operations. ● Recognized with "Team excellence award" for managing plant operations as well as project commissioning of the new plant in "Protsahan Awards 2019".

● Improved the conversion of mix-acid reactor in AHF plant to optimize the excess consumption of Oleum.

● Advocated the efficient operation of VCM and EDC production plants, ensuring the seamless production of various PVC grades.

● Formulated the recommissioning of the Ethyl Alcohol Dehydration and Oxychlorination plant after a long shutdown with zero incidents. ● Transformed Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) plant operations, reducing power consumption by 26% per KL of effluent treated. ● Contributed as part of a team to the efficient operation of the incinerator for handling heavies and lighters generated from VCM, EDC, and Chloromethanes production plants.

● Ensure Shift Productivity in Shop-floor of a DCS controlled Natural Gas based Sponge Iron plant by monitoring process parameters. ● Ensure efficient operation and trouble shooting of catalytic tubular reformer (Natural gas cracker), recuperator (heat recovery system), vertical shaft reduction furnace, pumps, positive displacement compressors, blowers and fans and take corrective actions. ● To start up and shutdown the plant during requirement by verifying start up and shutdown checklist and to record all process parameters in log book. ● Ensure a safe working environment at all times and demonstrate commitment and involvement to company's HSE policy. ● To suggest ideas to improve the plant working conditions and participate in 5S activities of the plant.
