(Orange, Wireman, Qbus, Voltex, PCE, Signamax, Span) • Act as escalation point for material concerns, lead daily material planning meetings to ensure supply continuity, report on KPIs & maintaining optimum inventory levels. • Collaborate with Production Planning team to align the supply with demand forecasting techniques & Lead S&OP discussions.

• Responsible for Planning, Budgeting, Sourcing, and controlling timely delivery of import Trading items. • Selecting freight forwarders & courier agents through negotiations as per Trade lane wise. • Developed & executed inventory strategies for product life cycle changes and product end-of-life. • Monitor slow-moving inventory and obsolescence with coordinating 3PL & VAS operations • Developed alternative “A” & “B” Grade suppliers for most of the Trading items while bringing the savings. • Being a part of “PMS” (Procurement Mgt System) helps to track the entire procurement flow in one portal. • Member of “LEAN” implementation for the SCM department and which helps to liquidize nonmoving Trading item inventory from stocks. • Achieving average cost savings of over 15% from the import value each month. • Maintained an uninterrupted material in-flow during 1st wave of COVID-19. • Introducing SCM dashboard to the department by using PowerBI. • Being a Super User for SAP S/4 HANA ERP implementation project & given UAT sign-off for the MM module.

• Bridging & leading the procurement team to meet the average daily ordering rate (ADO) beyond the industry par with less hassle during the period of COVID-19. • Negotiating with Merchants for online promotions with liaising product managers. • Making daily reviews with CC & Operational team to mitigate customer churn rate.

• Responsible for Global sourcing, and logistics, (whilst Handling Entrepot, MCC, BOI & Exports) Consolidated Budgeting & inventory monitoring for inter companies (Dubai, China, India, USA, UK, Malaysia & Singapore) • Involving of “Odoo” ERP implementation project for the international SCM division.

• Responsible for direct sourcing (Raw Materials) imports, monitoring Inventory, coordinating WH operations, and facilitating customs procedures & Payment follow-ups with vendors. (LC, TT, OA, DP, DP, etc) • Responsible for supplier evaluation and quality audits for materials. • Developed and monitor KPIs & implemented new SOPs for the procurement division. • Responsible for TIEP-1 process with the liability of over 5 Million. • Saving average freight value of 0.5 Million per month.

• Responsible for Indirect sourcing (Local) including MRO items & Construction contracts. • Raising POs, Getting RFQs/ BOQs, material follow-ups until GRN, payment arrangements & follow-ups for MRO items & construction contracts for Local procurement. • Responsible for maintaining and reviewing all records of locally purchased goods, including their costs, and updating KPIs. • Being a part of a project developing a “Mobile application for Local Procurement”

• Preparing monthly company evaluation documents to provide accurate information for management decision making, with using Click-View • Maintain & update the voyage basis statistical reports of the voyage. • Maintain & update the rebates levels of the customers. • Analyze & finalize the manifests of the main ports of loading. • Creating & generating customer invoices by using SAP. • Analyzing & maintaining bunker inventory of the vessels with using SAP & purchasing bunkers at regular intervals. • Implemented a process to monitor the daily bunker consumption of the vessels. • On-Boarding the vessel & help to do the customs clearance, immigration clearance, process of vessel planning & monitoring the procedure of loading and unloading the cargo. • Acting as an “EHS Coordinator” (Environmental, Health & Safety) in Hayleys Advantis on behalf of Marine Cluster & Hayleylines Ltd. • Acting as a member of CFT (Cross-Functional Team) of Marine Cluster, Hayleys Advantis Ltd.
