ACHIEVEMENTS : •Bank Relationship Management •Maintain daily communication with the company's banks •Handle account openings, closures, and modifications •Resolve banking issues or discrepancies •Maintain updated records of signatories and mandates •Compliance & Documentation •Ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations (e.g.,KYC, AML) •Maintain records of all banking transactions and approvals •Assist with audit requests related to banking •Internal Coordination •Support month-end and year-end close related to banking •Document Controller •Maintain physical filing systems by category or department •Ensure documents are properly labeled, indexed, and traceable •Control access to confidential or restricted files •Legal and regulatory compliance (especially where digital is not enough) •Backup of original signed contracts or certificates •Chain-of-custody for sensitive or legal documents •Business continuity in low-tech or secure environments •Support audits by retrieving and organizing documents quickly
