• Webcast Analysis: Analyzed the data & preparing dashboards based on the analysis • Successfully generated Quarterly Leadership Reports, Multiple Complex Reports based on different criteria’s given by US Clients, Automated Complex Reports which reduced manual efforts to 70 % and Querying the Report under Query design option in MS Access • Selected articles related to honors’, awards / rewards, recognition as a search engine to various websites; posted the articles in the Deloittenet website as admin user, using different HTML codes (Break, Bold & Capitals) which was viewed internally/externally • Approved the Jobs posted by the US recruiters as per the process • Provided end user access to SAP-HR for checking the employee record & generating various reports for analysis
