• Handling commercial activities for US, Europe, Africa and global markets. • Coordination with internal stake holders like R&D, Regulatory, Business Development, QA, Production and SCM for successful product launches and modification of existing products. • Self-triggered initiation for packaging innovation, designing of new packaging concepts and continuous improvement in Packaging Technology for new and existing products. • Packaging machine/Change parts/Prototype developments and trials for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging components. • Reviewing and approving of the Artworks and provide packaging related inputs • Providing technical support to Quality, manufacturing and Packaging operations • Identification, evaluation and implementation of various cost saving packaging projects. • Strong understanding in Packaging, materials, forming and finishing processes, Artworks, suppliers, packing lines, specifications and packaging documentation. • Clear understanding in Global Packaging development processes and Serialization requirements. • Maintained 100% packaging compliance with internal and external quality, regulatory and other compliance systems.
