Activities include Estimations, project planning, project execution, resource loading, co-ordination between various stake holders, quality process implementation, dependencies resolution, process improvements, access existing talent &building a high performing team capable of operational excellence, status reporting to customer & higher management & risk management. • Contribution in all phases of development –architectural solutions, technology finalization, requirement analysis, effort estimation, designing, coding, testing & support. • Highly skilled and experienced in Agile Development process for diverse requirements • Extensive experience in C/Java/Python/Shell Script. • Extensive work experience in performing Functional, Integration/System, Interop, Conformance, Regression, Soak and System performance benchmarking and optimization testing. • Extensive Experience in total Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Rich experience in working in waterfall SDLC model and exposure to Agile methodology(SCRUM) • Enforcing quality practices - Reviews, Quality audits, defining best practices, process compliance to ensure that all project SLAs/metrics are met. • Experience in Recruiting, hiring& ramping up skilled software developers, KRA settings, performance review, compensation reviews, team members grooming/counseling, attrition handling, building next level of leaders, maintaining team structure.
