• Production planning and control management activities within the organization for Overseas and domestic customers, sharing production and dispatch planning with plant production team. • Analysing capacity and demand fluctuations, responsible for monitoring OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) delivery performance with the aim to avoid customer line stoppage, monitoring production status on daily basis and assist in production risk assessment. • Responsible for daily production planning of Alfin Ring, Piston Pins and Honing sleeves. • Sales and Supply forecasting N plus2 on monthly basis and seasonal demands analysing previous trend as well as global trend. • Managing inventory levels for ensuring ready availability to meet customer uncertain requirements & dispatch targets while designing & scheduling production plans. • Minimizing risks in supply chain through regular revisions in Production Planning as per market/customer requirements (if any change occurs) and monitoring the lead time for critical requirements of customers. • Maintaining customer-wise comprehensive data (sales/Production/inventory /Freight) on regular basis for the Management Review meeting. • Ensuring outstanding supplier performance rating in terms of quality, delivery of material, and zero customer complaints. • Leads a team of 4 members for Alfin ring, piston pin and honing sleeve customers. • Monitoring the stocks at Overseas and domestic warehouses day-to-day basis and plan to refill stock according to customer requirement . • Work on Min-Max Inventory level in Warehouse according to market scenario. • Monitoring the integrity of the inventory control systems by working with internal departments. • Handling Freight /Transportation/CHA bills of Export Shipment • Developing new transporters, and negotiating and finalizing the payment terms with new and existing freight forwarders/ transporters/ CHA for Air /Road/ Sea Shipments .
