Managed a portfolio of existing accounts, collaborating with the engineering and implementation teams to resolve operational tech issues and ensure consistent achievement of monthly targets and scalable growth. Business Development: I spearheaded the identification, onboarding and evaluation of potential co-lending partners, negotiating and finalizing back-end tech workflow to drive optimal outcomes and align with business goals and compliance. Product Development: Built digital lending journeys for high-impact partnerships: Personal Loan (L&T–Cred), Business Loan (ABFL), and currently leading the Gold Loan journey with RBL.
