A. Developing a multi-course operational risk-remediation training program for Amazon Web Services (AWS) covering 1000+ of internal services that form the backbone of global internet. This training program addresses more than 30 top operational risks and corresponding remediation strategies. B. Created a unique methodology to analyze operational events that delivers: 1. All possible operational lessons from the event, which can then be leveraged to proactively mitigate risk manifestation, and 2. A plain English narrative that combines event details, time-line and root cause analysis into one easy to understand artifact.

A. Formulated a user experience driven software development methodology which brings product designers, developers, owners, architects and managers on the same page from day one. It provides comprehensive functional, integration, performance, user interface, and localization test coverage. B. Coached a team of engineers to leverage this approach, ensuring bug-free mobile and desktop experiences for 30 applications localized for 10 languages. C. Developed a stack-independent test automation framework compatible with any underlying test automation technology such as Selenium WebDriver, Watir, Android Espresso, iOS XCTest etc.

By creating and executing a multi-faceted testing strategy, I delivered high quality customer experiences in the form of 14 CNBC and CNBC Pro apps across iOS, Android, web, smart TV, SMS and desktop platforms.

Delivered desktop and mobile offerings for the world’s largest nutrition school, Integrative Nutrition. Here, I spearheaded testing of a complex CMS system hosting a 40-week training course. This included concurrent testing of 3 applications across native (iOS, Android) and responsive web platforms.

Developed a unique mobile device testing technique that provides coverage for more than 15,000 unique Android devices using a minimal set of real devices.
