JOB PROFILE: - PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd. Associate Director & Corporate EHS Head Responsible for designing & implementing strategies to take company beyond compliance. These initiatives involve tasks such as: Developing and leading formal EHS programs. Creating successful internal partnerships to integrate EHS values & practices across the business. Reporting –Vice President – Operations & matrix line reporting to Sr. Director EHS for Asia, Middle East & North Africa Direct reports -1, Matrix reports- 4, Reporting to - SC VP ops, Matrix reporting to - Sr. Director, EHS AMESA; (Managed a team of total 16 people before franchising of Bev operations for 2.5 years )

Responsible for preparing EHS Strategy for the external supply sites & logistics in line with corporate EHS Plan for Excellence. To co-ordinate setting of EHS objectives for the contract manufacturing site & logistics. Ensure EHS performance / governance with CMO network & Warehouses & also to conduct EHS audits for external supply sites & warehouses

Improved the safety culture of the site which has labour intensive workforce. Various methodology adopted to engage the workforce with very low literacy level & highly unionized. Got the global CEO EHS excellence award for improving the safety culture of the site. Site was chosen over 78 various sites through out the world.

Responsible to Ensure EHS requirements in Supply Chain. • Ensure Company’s Supplier Conduct Principles (SCP) and Agreement on Responsible Business Conduct (ABC) requirements are communicated to the supply chain • Develop contacts with the suppliers and create HSSE awareness among their employees • Ensure the employees of the supply chain undergo the Uninor’s HSSE e-learning program • Visit and inspect the supplier/sub-supplier and project work premises to ensure Uninor’s HSSE requirements are complied with. • Send out HSSE Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) to the existing and new suppliers/distributers/media partners/BPOs etc and get their response • Categorize the suppliers into high/medium/low risk based on Uninor’s EasyRisk matrix • Guide the suppliers in the high risk category on the preventive/control measures to reduce their risk levels • Plan and organize third party HSSE assessments through DNV on Uninor’s requirements. • Work with the suppliers to effectively close the observations/findings raised during the DNV/BU Audits • Report monthly KPIs on the supply chain HSSE requirements • Coordinate effectively to implement Uninor’s HSSE Management system in the supply chain • Data Management on SCP, ABC and Training programs • Program Manager for Uninor’s People First E-Learning.

• To maintain all data & suggest the management in the fulfillment of its obligations- statutory or otherwise, concerning prevention of personal injuries & maintenance of a safe work environment. • Guidelines for newly expansion project. • To carry out plant safety inspections / surveys in order to observe the physical conditions of work & the work practices and procedures followed by workers. • Dealing with Statutory Authorities like State Pollution Control Board, Industrial Safety & Health Office, Pollution Control Board & MOEF etc. • Making & implementing Safety Procedures like Work Permit System, operation procedures etc. • As a trainer, conducting training programs as well as preparing training modules on topics of “Industrial Safety, Fire and Environmental Management • Operation and Maintenance of Fire Protection System • Documentation & compilation of Environmental Reports received from Suzuki Motor Corporation Japan. • Maintaining Hazardous waste data’s on online display board as per Supreme Court Judgment. • Ensure environmental compliance. • Environmental Clearance for the new project • Conducting mock drills & regular updation of Onsite Emergency Plan. • Coordination for Plant Safety Committee Working. • Kaizen Activities

• To maintain all data & suggest the management in the fulfillment of its obligations- statutory or otherwise, concerning prevention of personal injuries & maintenance of a safe work environment. • To carry out plant safety inspections. • As a trainer, conducting training programs as well as preparing training modules on topics of “Industrial Safety and Environmental Management Systems; ISO: 14001; OHSAS –18001, etc.”. • Operation and Maintenance of “Fire Pump House” • To carry out work environment monitoring in plant • Operation and Maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant, Incinerator, Secured Land fill, Environment Laboratory. • Maintenance of Rain Water Harvesting System • Assist in documentation & compilation of Environmental Reports received from Honda Japan. • Maintaining Hazardous waste data’s on online display board as per Supreme Court Judgment. • Directly helping the chief Coordinator (IMS) in Preparation of Documentation on ISO 14001 & OHSMS 18001. • Training staff & workers on Environmental Management Systems & Occupational, Health Safety Assessment System. & conducting the Audit of the same. • Working on SAP for various applications like Indenting, Reservations, Material document list etc. • Working as Quality Control Circle coordinator of the EHS section • Assist in implementation of Green Vendor Development Programme
