Duties include program management of GPU IP development (pre-silicon and post-silicon) for Apple mobile products.

Responsibilities include Chip development program management, EDA/IT program management, R&D Center Finance, R&D Center Operations, Organization growth planning, Budget planning/tracking, Headcount management/allocation to projects/infrastructure development.

Architected the chip design and managed the team to tape-out 3 chips and the associated post-silicon activities. Two chips were in one process node and the third one is in next generation process node. At any time, 2 projects were in parallel (one pre-silicon design and the post-silicon effort of the prior chip). Responsibilities include organizational growth planning, budget planning, project planning, headcount management/allocation to projects/infrastructure, IP vendor interface and managing the execution of projects and operations.

Architected, did the top level design of the testchip, and led the team for the first testchip for Samsung Austin R&D Center.

As a part of the leadership team, built the platform validation and emulation team from scratch for ATOM based Mobile products (base products as well as steppings) including building the validation infrastructure, establishing the validation methodologies, architecting the platforms, managing the bring-up, volume validation all the way until the product launch.

Worked as a technical lead in the Sequencer cluster of a high-end desktop and low-end server class x86 processor. Managed the chipset design & verification team for mobile laptop chipset which was launched into the market.

Worked on 3 Architectures (PowerPC, Star-12 & M*Core), in Architecture, design, verification and post-silicon assignments as an individual contributor, technical lead and as a manager. The products designed were for Automotive, Consumer & Wireless markets. Managed global teams in Russia, Australia and Austin for Embedded processors & SOCs.
