I Converse with builders daily, gathering required documentation and discussing standard options along with creative solutions for projects. I read architectural plans, specs, and sketches, then set up and inspect electronic building files to ensure they to meet builder specifications, before sending on to a design Engineer. I create Special details, and organize all the gathered information in an easy to understand format. I relay questions from engineers and detailers, along with product offerings to Builders. I create Anchor Rod Plans from specs given by the engineer.

I use software to inspect elements of pre-engineered steel building. I adjust locations, sizes and quantities of clips, fasteners, structural members, trims and coverings. I create final erection drawings and special details using both VP software and Autocad. I communicate daily with project managers, engineers, and other technicians.
