Warehouse: Supervising Warehouse Operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. They must ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently - Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and implementing inventory control measures to minimize shortages and excess stock is a crucial part of the warehouse manager's role. -Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising warehouse staff to ensure they are properly trained, motivated, and working efficiently. The warehouse manager is also responsible for scheduling staff shifts and delegating tasks as needed. -Safety and Compliance -Quality Control -Order Fulfillment: Overseeing the order fulfillment process to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This includes monitoring order processing times and addressing any delays or issues that arise. -Reporting: Generating reports on key performance indicators, such as inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and operational efficiency, to track progress and identify areas for improvement. - IT Related skill : Well versed in advance excel, MS word, and MS Power Point.
