I'm an Industrial Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the mobile robotics sector, developed in one of the leading companies in Spain. Throughout my career, I’ve led the development of multiple products, guiding technical teams to turn ideas into real, efficient solutions aligned with market needs. Currently, I’m the Head of the Engineering Department, where we not only focus on hardware development but also oversee end-to-end project management — including internal developments, client-specific implementations, and new innovation initiatives. I supervise areas such as electrical design, control engineering, and product compliance with technical standards, mainly European but also from other markets when required. I’m passionate about leading teams, unlocking their potential, and aligning efforts toward shared goals. I consider myself a technical, approachable, and results-driven leader with a clear vision of how to bring technology from concept to real-world impact.
