I began my career in the restoration industry in 2016, working in the field and learning the business from the ground up. Today, I proudly serve as a Senior Project Director at Kustom US, leading complex residential and commercial restoration projects from emergency response through final completion.My experience includes project leadership, team development, insurance collaboration, permitting and code compliance, budget management, and building strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and business partners. I believe the best results come from integrity, accountability, and clear communication.I’m proud to be part of the Kustom US team and remain committed to growing as a leader, mentoring those around me, and helping drive operational excellence while delivering an exceptional experience for our clients and partners.
