Senior Supply and Services Advisor to the Corps Chief Executive Officer and other senior leaders at the strategic and operational levels across multiple geographical locations. Plan, synchronize and oversee logistical support which includes asset distribution, supply chain management and quality control compliance. Answerable for the development of polices, standard operating procedures, and guidance published for implementation across the enterprise. Mentor and career manage approximately 105 technical experts and the contracting officer representative for 22 contracted and one Department of Defense employee.

Advises senior directors on the acquisition and accountability of new technology from testing and development to the end user with a detailed focus throughout the beginning to end process to ensure rules and processes are within compliance. Oversee and manage the logistical operation of 12 geographically dispersed modernization development teams. Directly supervised seven employees ensuring duties and responsibilities are understood and completed and that morale is maintained to the highest degree.

Principal advisor to the Chief, Office of the Quartermaster General and the Chief of Staff Army on the administration of all logistical aspects. Chief Lead Evaluator to the Supply Excellence Award Program designed to competitively evaluate organizations of the highest caliber in four specific areas of supply chain management. Senior consultant on the development of virtual training aids intended to train and teach employees at all echelons on logistical operations.

Serves as the Brigade Senior Property Book Officer for the 528th Sustainment Brigade (SO)(A); the Army's only Special Operations Sustainment Brigade comprised of one Signal Battalion, one Special Troops Battalion, six regionally aligned, forward-stationed Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) Liaison Elements and six Theater Signal Detachments with assets in excess of $335 million. Subject matter expert advisor to the Brigade Commander, Brigade Deputy Commander, Brigade S4 and 26 Responsible Officers on all property accountability and logistical matters. Manages the DODAACs for all classes of supply and is the Action Officer for Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE), Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) and Decision Support Tool (DST). Coordinates directly with Item and Project Managers to fulfill both standard and special operation forces specific critical equipment requirements to achieve the highest combat equipment readiness throughout the Brigade. Responsible for the supervision and mentoring of two junior Warrant Officers, two Non-Commissioned Officers and one contractor.

Equipment Manager with 136 accountable records of more than 157 thousand items valued at over $1.7billion. Responsible for the logistics and transportation of personnel and equipment assets located in foreign areas of operation. Worked directly with employees by providing direction and guidance to ensure that 100% asset accountability was always maintained.

Brigade Property Book Officer for the only Arctic Airborne Brigade Combat Team with a worldwide, no-notice contingency mission deployed to Afghanistan in support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM (OEF), task organized under a brigade headquarters supporting two light infantry battalions, a fires battalion, a special troops battalion, an MP battalion, a support battalion, one reconnaissance squadron, one Agri-business Development Teams, two Provincial Reconstruction Team and fourteen Security Force Advise Assist Teams. Responsible for maintaining 100% accountability of over 200K pieces of equipment valued in excess of $1.7 billion. The action officer for 1,128 Automatic and Intensely Managed Reset Induction Items. Advisor to the Brigade Commander and six Battalion Commanders for all property related issues.

Brigade Property Book Officer for the only Arctic Airborne Brigade Combat Team with a worldwide, no-notice contingency mission. Ensures 100% accountability of over 157 thousand standard and non-standard pieces of Organizational property valued in excess of $790 million is accurately maintained and appropriately distributed throughout the brigade to enable units' the ability to properly prepare for their wartime missions. Serves as the only advisor to the Bde Commander, six Battalion Commanders, and 30 Company Commanders on all property accountability matters. Responsible for the requisition all MTOE shortages and identifying excess equipment for redistribution. As the Team Chief is responsible for the morale, welfare and developmental training of two DA contracted Logistical Specialist and one Soldier.

Property Book Officer for 57th Expeditionary Signal Battalion (ESB) consisting of 6 Primary Hand Receipts (PHRs). Maintains 100% accountability for 360 Line Item Numbers (LIN) consisting of 8,552 pieces of Organizational equipment valued at over $180 million. Ensures all authorized equipment is on hand or on valid requisition. Acquires standard and nonstandard equipment to meet unit readiness and operational requirements. Coordinates acquisition and priority distribution of new equipment fielding with the Force Modernization Activity. Redistributes excess equipment throughout the command. Processes excess equipment for disposal after all redistribution efforts are met. Trains, develops, and mentors 55 supply and non-supply personnel on supply policies and procedures. Advisor to the command and supported units on all property accountability and organizational level supply matters.
