With over 9 years in mechanical engineering , manufacturing operations , Lean Manufacturing and quality control , I am currently thriving as an Assistant Manager Engineering department at PROSE Technologies , handling various products from Base Station Antenna , Microwave antenna , Network products ,Filter products where I blend my expertise in workforce planning and man management with a passion for innovation in the telecommunications sector. My goal is to drive operational excellence aligned with PROSE's commitment to developing cutting-edge technology. Leveraging diverse experiences, I contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking. Previously, as a Senior Process Engineer, I successfully led new product development projects for Base Stations Antennas, ensuring seamless transition from concept to customer delivery. My role involved meticulous project planning and collaboration with cross-functional teams including R&D, operations, and global product line management. The skills honed during this time, alongside my current responsibilities, underscore my dedication to enhancing manufacturing processes and product quality.
