My working Experience : Turn Around Coordinator position work for Bangkok flight service @Suvarnabhumi airport around 2 years. Then I moved to work for Siam commercial bank for 6 years in foreign currency exchange officer location of work is in the city and Suvarnabhumi airport After that I moved to GXO logistics company in HR lead specialist roles I responsible for all function of HR such as full loop of recruit and hiring Sourcing Interview issue employment contract, orientation, register process, training, OT. and time attendance, probation Awards & Warning or discipline until exit interview. My responsible also coordinate with internal and external department, employee relations, supports and reports. I work for GXO more than 3 years and moved to Samsung SDS global SCL Thailand company in HR specialist role until June 2024, I responsible for Recruiting/hiring coordinate reports support and other as assign. Now I working for Boutique Brand Collective Co. as HR&GA Manager My strongest point is problem solving, Attention to details, prioritize, time management, negotiate and emotional intelligence.
