• Project achievement: Successfully contribute back to PETRONAS by involvement and performed production analysis and first level screening on the suitable artificial lift to be implemented in an actual Petronas oil production field project. Worked closely with Asset Managers, Reservoir Engineers, Geologist and Production Technologists during the project. • Performed simulations and well data interpretation in reservoir engineering which is executed on offshore field operations. • Assisted in well cementing, drilling, well completion and other related pressure testing activities. • Strong knowledge in Material Balance and PVT analysis. • Good knowledge in Sand Control Methods. • Research and design of an enhanced oil recovery (EOR) technique tool which is the Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) using PETREL Prosper software to implement on oil fields to increase the production rate and recovery factor. • Worked with asset and completion team on new well completion design. • Engineering economics, especially discounted cash flow concepts and economic indicators such as IRR, ROR, and NPV. • Understood the design and function of equipment used in offshore oil and gas facilities. • Analyzed economic models to support project feasibility study and fiscal regimes. • Analyzed cement types, placement techniques, alternative fluid and evaluation tests for wells. • Expertise in PETREL software and practiced Nodal Analysis knowledge during production enhancement project of Petronas. • Good knowledge of PETRONAS management of PPGUA. • Prepared engineering presentation materials when meeting with potential clients and service providers.

Final Year Project (FYP) Project Title : Assisted History Matching of the Volvo Field(Norway) using Imperialist Competitive Optimization Algorithm(ICO) Project Summary : History Matching is a technique Reservoir Engineers use in Oil and Gas industry to predict the future trend of oil production in a specific field. Assisted History Matching is a technique collaborating Eclipse and Matlab software which results as a shortcut by reducing the time taken for History matching. Project Success : Assisted History Coordinating (AHM) ease Reservoir Engineers to do the history matching. Separated from that, Imperialist Competitive Optimization is one of the most excellent algorithm that can be utilized for AHM. This algorithm minimized the desired time for history matching and will provide a best fit. The quality of ICA solutions along with their consistency indicates that ICA is an efficient and reliable tool for dealing with difficult optimisation task of AHM
