AJ Rastogi

I am the Co-Founder & CEO of North American Spine & Pain. My current focus is on advancing the state of interventional spine by investigating innovative new treatment options, and I’ve been involved in multiple studies evaluating various cutting edge minimally invasive spinal procedures, as well as written many chapters on these procedures for professional textbooks. As a physician, I am passionate about the art and science of practicing pain management, especially the importance of multi-modal therapy in treating all aspects of pain: physical and emotional. As a business leader, I’ve built a scalable practice to provide this full spectrum of treatments for my patients, and constantly looking for new layers to vertically integrate to establish an even more comprehensive and holistic wellness service. I have traveled extensively to train other physicians on a variety of interventional techniques and currently serve as the national fellowship course director for multiple companies involved in emerging spine technology. To be the best physician I can be, it is essential to look to the innovation horizon and develop an understanding of the future before it becomes the present.
