I was project managing this culture transformation program aimed at enabling and engaging employees to embrace agility & career mobility as a way of growth within SAP. This was an employee driven and HRBP office managed project.

People Strategy 2020 • Studied HR trends for 2020 and aligned with the business strategy and goals for SAP India • Aligned India strategy with the global people strategy and different business units across SAP • Closely worked with the HR Head in review, finalizing, and rollout of the strategy Change Management • Lead the design thinking workshops with employees to gather upward feedback which helps organization in co-creating policies and programs • Analysed the attrition rate for early talents in the organization to understand the pattern • Designed a survey to understand the problems and preferences of this talent community to understand the reasons of attritions • Chartered out programs and steps to retain talent after conducting a feasibility check HR Communications & Employer Branding • Program Lead for content curation and delivery of Great Place to Work Best Employers’ Club Study Mission, attended by 60 CHROs and Top HR leaders in India. • Program Lead for Young Innovator’s Day, to attract young talents to innovation and position SAP as the employer of choice
